Concept
This is an idea for a promotion for next summer. It would involve a champion sale, skin sale, limited offer skins, a fan contest, and new textures for Summoner's Rift. I got some notice on GD but I would like to both request art and ideas from this community. I have hope that this community is much more creative than GD.
Tagline - There is a big party going on at Summoner's Rift Isle Resort. Champions relax and enjoy the hot sun, cool surf, and island festivities. Competitive sport is encouraged like volleyball, limbo, frisbee. Enjoy the tropical waters with activities like scuba diving, spear fishing, surfing, and swimming.

Fan Contest
Could also just be a Summoner's Showcase but the theme would be beach party or ocean related. I don't think it should be limited just to drawings and that any fan made content should be eligible.
Map Re-skin
It would be awesome if Summoner's Rift became a tropical island complete with palm trees, beautiful beaches, and clear blue surf. Please suggest more ideas for what could be done to make a beach skin truly amazing!

Cool ideas
- Have the minions all come out wearing hula skirts and hawaiian shirts.
- hp and mana pots could be slushies/soda while red/blue/green pots are ice cream
- Baron Nashor's various heads are now coconuts, and the Baron himself is wearing a pair of sunglasses?
- All Neutral Buffs must be a colored hula hoop.
