He's going to be gutted then ignored for like a year.

His rework (which looked mostly done) Was already shunted to the side for the item rework. I have a bad feeling riots going to mess this up bad and not learn from their mistakes again.

Yep. Not only was the rework shelved for the S3 items, but it was shelved for months previous due to a leak. What a joke.

Heimer has always been under-appreciated... and I don't mean by the Riot balance team.

The majority of players have considered him underpowered ever since he was down to 2 turrets, but he's shown up once or twice in competitive play. Most players don't like playing him. Most people probably don't even know you shouldn't learn his ulti at 6...

but either way, I've seen how strong he is when he was considered heavily UP before. I don't know whether that still applies in the current state of the game (probably not, what with the lack of AP champions being played at all in a lot of games) but, imo, they shouldn't decide on a rework for him until other big things are fixed.
