She's a huge pain in the ass during laning, though. Them stuns.

Annie can get a 2s stun on any single skill she uses with basically no effort, even at level one.

How many champions start the game with a 2s stun (even if it does cost a lot of mana to get it)?

Also, her stun radius on Tibbers is larger than the stun AoE on Leona's ultimate, and does a hell of a lot of damage to boot.

If she gets modestly fed she can insti-gib a squishy enemy before the stun even wears off.

I guess I don't see exactly why you're asking for a buff.

Similarly, I'd love to see some AP Alistar ratios go back up: they got repeatedly nerfed before the massive nerf to his ultimate.

Annie is one of the scariest AP mids IMO.

There are just so many APCs that are flashier than her...

But Annie is brutally effective and doesn't need any buffs.

She has a spammable Nuke (ratio/base damage balanced)
An AoE Nuke that has tight control for trading and team fights (balanced for a short range conic stun)
Resistance steroid that helps during eengages (returns damage to auto-attackers, and on a rather short CD now compaired to other defensive steroids)
A GIANT FLAMING BEAR (deals continuos aoe damage in team fights)

Early to mid game, focus on getting kills, while keeping up in cs.
Late game she becomes a burster stun bot. With even 25% CDR she can have as many as 3 stuns in a team fights.

Yeah, she needs a buff to damage <,<
