Why can't I get into promotional match for challenger tier?

I was about 22W 4L before this patch and i got placed into diamond tier 1 playing one game after the patch

after 2nd game i got 100 league points but i'm stuck with 100 league points and cant move onto promotional match when i check my league standings

im still stuck with 100 league points and not able to do my promotional match after 5+ wins

someone pls give me answers!

We found the issue. You should get placed into a promotion series with your next win after a new deploy.

You gotta fight to keep it. New challengers can knock you out if they overtake you.

I've been playing PBE for a while now and I really hoped adding only ranked would decrease the queue timer. Nope. Still getting at LEAST 20 minute queues up to 45 minutes or more. Hard to try and test anything when it takes this long to even get in a game.

Could you guys look into queue timers? Thanks!
