She is OP? because I've never lost to an elise before, be it a jungle elise, top elise, or mid elise. Nor has any elise I've fought who was not in my lane done anything to carry a game.

The single best elise I've seen was the very first one I saw, a jungle elise, who managed to hit me with her stun from the side bush when I was mid, and their mid was annie. Combo stuns, distance close, and I was down for the count. From there I learned her stun is a skill shot, and you need to be in a certain range of her for her distance close to get you. Never had a problem with that again, only that she is a fairly good escape artist and a chaser, but nothing new or OP.

Also, malzahar malefic visions on one of her spiders for free gold, mana, and eventually damage on elise herself.

A good Elise can be phenomenal and a difference maker. Oh wait just like any other champ in the game. She's definitely not up, but only in sure hands is she strong

Shes a high skill cap champ who can be insanely good when farmed and fed, but shes basically a tankyish assassin.

Her neurotoxin is pretty lame poke in lane.
