Why so low? Im want to complain about this, also Rengar has much cooldowns.

Lowest hp regen at level 1, lowest hp regen gain per level, lowest hp regen value at lv 18.

Well he has self heal, is this reason for health regen nerfs? Also im said he has much cooldowns. There is much champions has also self heal.

Such as Tryndamere, Warwick, Yorick, Hecarim , Kayle, Master Yi, Nidalee ETC, However but their HP Regens Over 6. - 8.

Example

Tryndamere 7.9 HP Regen per level 5. + 0.9 Per level Value at lv 1 8.8.

Master yi , 6.75 + 0.65

Warwick , 7.05 + 0.8.

Do not say me Rengar does not uses mana or no cost for Heal, he has much cooldowns and need to use 5 skill its like in 30-40 Sec in and even should choose damage or health sustain in lane/jungle.

they really said it's because he has very powerful heal with no cost

It was a nerf that was one of the first of his many nerfs designed to lower his power. However, the subsequent nerfs made this one a bit too brutal. I think Rengar could stand to have his hp regen buffed back to normal honestly. It's ridiculous how low it is.
