Descrpition: Upon using the Blackthorn Morgana skin, the visuals for Morgana's Q (Dark Binding) and W (Tormented Soil) appear to be spastic/irregular.
In the case of Q (Dark Binding) the projectile appears spastic, with jagged, rapidly moving lines surrounding the ball, and upon hitting a target, the normally smoothing bindings are again, jagged, and rapidly moving.
In the case of W (Tormented Soil), as the spell is cast, a large burst of the aforemention jagged and rapidly moving lines appear for a brief moment.

I have replicated this bug several times with a 100% occurence rate over 5 trials. I have tested the skills at all levels, with the frequency of occurence remaining the same.

What were your video settings? Mine was 1920x1080 at all High settings except for Medium shadows with HUD animations on.

I can confirm this too, Was playing in maximum setting at 1920x1080

Hey guys, thanks for the report. Are you only seeing this on the PBE, or was it happening on Live as well?

I have been having a similar issue on Live. It also happens with the base of her model sometime.

1980x1020, shadows set to medium with everything else on max.

I'm not getting this bug on NA. Same settings as PBE.

Just tested this on PBE, regardless of video setting or resolution, the bug occurs 100% of the time.
Tested 1660x900 at all settings and 1360x768 at all settings.
