It was a joke. The last time we saw Soraka used in a high profile tournament for an unusual team comp (3 support champions to protect the kog'maw) nerfs were handed out like candy.

Now with team Dragonborn using her bot lane with an AP Nidalee it's absolutely scandalous that she be utilized in that manner!
