How Do People Defend Singed When Stats Show Otherwise?

How do people complain about Singed being nerfed when he has been at the top of the winning percentage charts AT ALL TIERS for months? He was 12th in November, 8th in December, and for the past month, he has been consistently in the top 3. Say all you want about how he actually sucks, or how you just kite him, or how he is nerfed because of QQ, but people lie, statistics don't.

If nerfs were based on winrate, Rumble, MF, and TF would be nerfed.

Is it a coincidence that those 3 champions have been picked in the LCS?

Also, wouldn't win rates possibly imply those champs may be slightly too strong? Granted there are other variables, but there is always one thing in common.

DUMB PEOPLE CHASING SINGED

DUMB PEOPLE TRYING TO COUNTER PICK SINGED WITH MALPHITE/WUKONG

SINGED SUKS, pick teemo or vlad or any other ranged toplaner and its GG for singed.

DON'T PICK A MELEE CHAMP, BECAUSE SINGED SCALES HARDER THAN YOU HE WILL WIN THE LANE JUST BY PLAYING PASSIVE
