Why do you keep nerfing Wildcard? It needs a change, it's the concept of the ability that's broken. With more and more nerfing it'll be useless.

Also; why nerf Kassadin? He was underpowered before.

LOL? Really man? Do you have any idea how OP(ed) he was? I mean hell, I don't know how you assume he is underpowered or based on what... Either you played him and failed horribly, or you played against some noob who fails playing a character with a built-in 'I WIN' button.

Also, the client is not updating, it keeps saying:

Client Version 0.24.17 is rejected by server.

I am going to assume the patch was not pushed to patch servers?

I'm actually willing to wager people will still call him OP even after this new nerf.
