Masteries tree not showing text for the last skills

During your character selection prior to a match, you can return and edit your masteries by clicking on the three icons. On this screen, I can't see the text description for the last two rows of masteries (partially for the second to last, completely for the last) due to the description box being bigger than the PVP.net window.

I also have this problem it shows the skill but chops off half the text

and some summoner spells in "spell" tab have a "cut" text description too (e.g. RALLY)

Yeah. This is getting annoying. D: If it's for one or two masteries, then I could probably ignore it. It just happens on a huge amount of them.

Strangely, I have been having a similar issue in the summoner profile. I am unable to see any of the hover over text for the masteries excepting when I am about to enter a game. Currently, I have been remapping my masteries in about 30seconds before the match starts.

its still broken for me.. hopefully fixed by this next patch
