I've created an updated rune database (based off of blinky's), helpful for deciding what rune combination to go. It lists the stats of all runes, including all per-level runes, and more. It's attached, along with a picture of what it looks like.

Feel free to comment. If you want any improvements, either ask or feel free to change them yourself.

CORRECTION from previous versions: Dodge has no cap for runes!
(I'm not sure if this was fixed, a previous display bug, or what, but there's no cap now.)

For those that can't open excel spreadsheets, Open Office (which is free) is able to open them, or check out the pdf version, the image, or the google documents web version.

I'll update the database (probably tonight) to mention the hard cap of 10% dodge from runes. (Don't want people wasting money on 3 Dodge Quints.)

Okay, everything's updated, new picture up that shows everything, and it's available in .pdf format now.
