I just played a game as Anivia the cryopheonix and every time I used the final ability the ice rain it would pop up over my head with cool down stat -0.0299 then about ten more spaces back with numbers. It would do this every time I used the ability, but the ability seemed to function fine. I'm just putting it out there that this was weird it didn't do anything to the game that I noticed but the fact that it pops up makes me wonder what it's about.
