Is it true that Nasus is better than Renekton?

I can't decide if it's true or not. Nasus obviously has a cooler ulty.

When his ult used to lifesteal instead of add to his AD Nasus was EVEN WORSE.

But even to this day.. yeah, he is.

"The AS Hero was Withered, Then Qed to death"
"The Caster was ignored, then Qed to Death"
"The Tank was ignored, and Nasus ulted and the tank died"


See what I'm getting at?
