Even the strongest of all living or dead humans, even the most skilled warrior, even the most intelligent person can not beat a bear on any physical level.

I do however understand the champions of league of legends are all enchanted and imbued with a certain power within, therefore I will reconsider the issue;

Even enchanted humans cannot beat enchanted bear beings, especially a monk ( Peacemonger )

I have yet to see a Bear build a full house of cards, or any house at all.

I have yet to hear of a Bear skilled enough with any sort of controller to beat Super Ghosts and Ghouls.

And to finish this all off... Jesse Perring is said to appear as a man, not a bear. Best not to question him.

The first 2 things you mentioned Armored Bears don't care enough about to actually go do.

As to Jesse Perring, when I see him give his opinion on Armored Bears then I shall listen, but so far I just see you assuming what he thinks, and that is a sin sir.
