Most likely they are going to make it ONLY work on Neutral creeps it wont effect jungling.

If you nerf Wriggles then there will be no counter to self healing tanky champions in lane. What do? You should nerf lane sustainability all across the board. Mistakes should be punished, but when you are able to regain half you health during half a minute then you can make really many mistakes, while enemies are forced to flee and give up towers.

Innervating locket has been removed because bruisers were using them instead of supports , and now they will nerf It because It is used by laners when It's designed for junglers.Quite unlogical.

Maybe this nerf won't, but most of your previous patches focused on addressing Bruisers and Jungling have had pretty significant collateral damage.

That doesn't change its cost effectiveness. Increasing the cost by 75 gold pretty much removes 1 free ward from it's use.
