Omg! What is wrong with riot. Why do we have to have maintenance once a week (which is annoying for us aussies since its usually tuesday evening around 6-10pm and lasts for 6 hours plus. Some of us work, and dont get to play lol during the day due to the obvious reason that we work (and some go to school etc), we get maintenance. and so we cant play lol.
BUT no that is not enough.... Then on a saturday evening (which some people may have gone out, but some cant / etc) we have no information etc regarding that riot are going to decide to shut down the servers, waste our times + money put into their coffers buying champions we cant even play, we have stupid useless new heroes they decide to add when clearly it would obviously be the best time to do it during the maintenance, nocturne, lee sin were both put through not during the maintenance period, even tho its annoying they do 6 + hours maintenance, Its ok because we know when maintenance is going to be. (roughly)
So my problem is.... Why are you putting new champions into LOL during NON maintenance periods, if this is downtime because of errors, server issues, why are they so and way too common. For a serious 'business' like riot who have free to play options, BUT also a paying/billing option, why is their not enough money invested into stabilizing the servers, programs, computers etc that you have. AND WHY DO YOU HAVE MAINTENANCE times since obviously they are not achieving / accomplishing anything since your servers computers etc are always down at least once or twice a week not during maintenance / sneaky new champion additions.
WHY am i buying riot points to play a game I love / enjoy to play, if simply I CANT PLAY IT........
.... Awaiting your response RIOT team. You can give us 10 games of bonus experience. but can you pay us back the money we paid if we are not satisfied with the services / products rendered by your business? If I buy a bucket and it has a hole in it, I'd go back and get the company to give me a new bucket or refund my purchase price....
