On patch Days.

I've been part of these forums for quite a while now and Seen many Pre-patch and Post-patch forum criticism. Generally it's a bunch of mindless jibberjab over you nerfing (But sometimes buffing) a part of the game, whether it be Champions, Items or other Mechanics such as Minions and Spawn time. But occasionally a well thought out posts emerges.

So I ask you, before you release your Patchnotes (and now recently your Prepatch Videos) do you brace for a storm of angry players on these forums and/or are you sometimes shocked by the responses from the community? Also what are your thoughts on the responses you get and do you sometimes feel that the majority of the community does not understand what you the developers are trying to achieve?

Generally, it's not a big deal. It's good to see what people are upset about and what they like, but this is normal. Many people have their own idea of what the game should be from a limited view and will have different ideas - and usually will state it in an emotional state.

Well-thought-out debates can be helpful feedback, which I look forward to.

It always happens, if you remember when the nerfed hp runes, and the hp mastery, everyone *****ed, then coming next patch, no one gives a flying ****.
