For reference, the following summoners were dressed as the following people:

Malagatawny = Vlad
Juno = Pentakill Sona
ElectricStorm = Frosted Ezreal
KingNugg = Kennen MD
nofaultofmine = Sinfully Succulent Morgana
Elementalism = Northern Front Swain (as previously mentioned)
Flyingpom = Fiddlesticks
me (DeathByPockets) = Brolaf
AnonymousAnarchist = Surgeon Shen
TurtlePowered = Corporate Mundo
tomsunsun = (Traditional?) Lee Sin
Gifts = Tryndamere
Teloche = Shaco
Freelancer = blue melee minion (not shown)

I'm fairly sure that's everyone who was there that plays the game.

EDIT: The Baron Nashor piñata was made by Juno (Pentakill Sona), and Freelancer's head can just be seen between karthus and shens' heads in the final photo.
