The problem I am having:

After character selection ends, the League of Legends logo pops up and does not go away unless I click it, (In which windows 7 tells me it is unresponsive.)
The pvp.net is usually a black screen, (if not then it may go back to [Reconnect]
What I have tried
I have reinstalled twice (2nd was a clean install)
Repaired once
Restarted my computer
Updated drivers (which had no issues the day before)
Copied RAD folder and lol client admin file to C:\

I have had few problems with the client in the past.

Also have been trying to play all day

So I have an interesting problem I haven't seen on the forums yet...I can get the patch running, I can even get it to start updating, but when it hits 33% it will just continually attempt to update the same patches over and over and over and over until I then turn it off, its been up for about 5 hours and has yet to make any progress past 33%. Please help me Riot...
