I was on warning level two for quitting two games because my internet sucks. I came back after my one day ban. I went afk for about 5-10 mins during a game because of an emergency with my kids, So I come back, win the game, and get banned for 3 days for going afk. I don't think this is fair, i came back after all, we even won.

Is there any way i can appeal the ban?

The LeaverBuster system looks for leaves as well as AFK's. Unfortunately, Customer Support cannot remove the suspension. However, you might want to check out our FAQ on the LeaverBuster system that explains it in a bit more detail:

This system seems really unfair at times. While I do think leavers/AFKs should be punished, why should I get to level 1 (I only left once) because the game crashed on me? That's a problem on your end, not mine.
I even rejoined anyways, though.

The system doesn't look at why you left, it just sees that you did. If you're having trouble with crashes, I would recommend checking out the Tech Support knowledgebase articles and submitting a ticket if you don't find a solution.
