Just ridiculous..
I don't think this is the right way to look at this. We are trying to improve the quality of new skins over time and push the bar higher on what our players expect. If we always adhered to the previous standard, we would still be releasing recolors.

YEA!!! I LOVE THE NEW ANNIE SKIN!!!
All the other skins (other than goth which is limited) weren't my type but I love this Ice skin.
(now waits for it to come on sale cause I'm cheap)
