My friend could play just fine normally before the new patch, now after the new patch his frames per second are extremely low, and he can only play on the highest resolutions (which maybe have to do with the fps being low) otherwise if hes not on that resolution he cant see anything. Everything is black

Can you please tell him to send in his logs with a description of the problem? What other video settings does he normally play with?
