[PVP.Net] Tribunal not resetting at 1 AM PDT

im having the same issue, i was able to review for the last two days, but it didnt reset at 1am.

It's currently 2:45 am PDT and I decided, hey, let's do Tribunal. Amumu told me "No, you've already done your 10 cases."

So I pleaded "But I haven't even done any since 1 AM PDT!", but he was adamant about it, so I came here to cry.
