You NEED to go on the record and say that you mean ip/minute spent and not ip/case, or this going to get quoted and used on one of those "RIOT LIED" threads that will get 100.000 views a couple months from now.

The people who are stupid enough to think that he meant 80 IP per case, are the same people who are under tribunal review and unable to participate.

I'm pretty sure he made that statement, to make them feel really really bad, so they stop being worthless wastes of human existence.
