It depends on what the issue is, I'm afraid. For the password resets, it is under 24 hours as far as I can see.

Just FYI, the email which states usernames connected to an email also seems to take a while (was longer then password recovery for about 10 hours).

Yes - the wait time is extremely long, so if you need immediate access you can submit a ticket in the account category and we can get you helped out. Otherwise, the emails will eventually arrive in your inbox.

Dont mean to post a kinda different topic but i seem to not beable to get emails from riot for forum posts+ never received email about tribunal when i have done it everyday since it came out ><.
