She's viable. Still one of the best babysitters in lane imo.

Soraka is one of my favorite supports. She's not the best out of all the supports overall, but I feel like she's the best support to play in solo queues. Almost all of the other supports rely a lot on good team coordination to be good and healing generally doesn't need that much coordination to be effective.
