It seems her skillset would be especially domineering (high mobility, easy AOE farm, high damage output, strong 1v1 and teamfight presence) since her weakness is lack of utility skills, this limits her usefulness on SR (also the useless ult after width and range nerfs).

But Lol'D is a combat oriented map which plays to her strengths - and her strengths are VERY strong.

Not to mention she has the most flexible build path of any ranged AD character (or AP, if your so inclined).

Ya, I feel that is going to be the issue with a new map. I also feel you have to have different stats for different maps, but that would get very confusing to keep up with. Otherwise this new map is just going to be another TT where if you pick the right champs you will auto win.
