Good players change the team comp

1 champ makes the difference. I get into a game and the team looks like this:

trist, ashe, garen (me), soraka, kat.

I immediately say that we have a team that doesn't look very good.

Then, trist changes to mundo.

Now we have an excellent comp! 1 champ makes the difference and we went on to win the game. Me and mundo went for tank builds and it worked out.

Just saying, don't be afraid to change your champ to make a good team playable!

Its not a matter of being afraid, its usually a matter of not having experience with a certain role, or not having the necessary runes to be proficient in the role.

And not even a great tank at that, but i can sustain good damage as garen.

The truth is, I probably would've dodged if nobody switched out.

lol @ implying mundo is a tank

he switched out a ranged dps for a melee dps essentially downgrading your team and you call him smart? coulda just built frozen mallet tristana and had the same effect.

Negative on that. The problem is Kat without a tank. Her spin move needs stationary targets in team fights and team fights revolve around the tank initiating the mess of champs. Soraka can keep tanks alive which was a big help in our comp. But Kat without a real tank isn't effective. Mundo is by no means a real tank, but way tankier than garen is. Our 2 semi-tanks worked well. 1 semi-tank doesn't cut it.
