This isn't pre-season... this is pre-... ok, so it's pre-season. But they're talking about after it gets going for real.

This is not Pre-Season this is Post-Beta, The Pre still gives you the chance to play ranked games and build up an ELO so that you can play vs ppl your skill level, but you dont get anything against you for the real season. (from my understanding)
