Riot just announced a couple of nerfs for Graves in the upcoming patch. So much for "He is strong but not OP". He is obviously OP and Riot will fix it.

...release another OP monster like Shyvana... This really should not happen anymore. Imbalance of this magnitude hurts your community much more than a few glitches here and there. Just think about it pls.

it would be impossible to actually start any game on the beta servers considering they're open now. 99% of players would sign up just so they could play the new champ and dodge every game when they don't get to pick him.

Graves is not OP. Very powerful, yes, and probably needs some tweaks. But not OP.

Armor too hard to buy...

caitlyn out ranges him so hard. you just need to be smart to play against him and win.shoot him once move back if he goes in on you as caitlyn (if he uses his e i mean where he dashes) trap behind him and taric stuns him. he lost his escape and its an easy kill. lrn2havelogic

We currently want PBE to be a place where we can implement new features and make sure all the bugs associated with it to be reported and fixed before we take it live. This is much more important than testing balance, as having major bugs are very toxic to a player's experience because they might not be able to play altogether. For example, the FPS issue that everyone here helped identify by sending in their logs is much more vital than any small tweaks to a champion.
