I personally think Xpecial is overall a better support player than Nhat, since Xpecial has specialty in aggressive supports like Alistair and Sona.

And you haven't seen Xpecial. People forget the fact that Xpecial is an amazing ap carry and this guy gives Xpecial much well-deserved credit.

I think Xpecial has a better variety of supports that he can play. Nhat specializes in a few supports, namely soraka and sona.
