Granted, it's a high level tanking item.

But isn't a spell block every 25 seconds a little crazy? Many cds are over 25 seconds. Shouldn't it be more like 35 seconds? or even 45 seconds? I've tried to use fodder spells then my ult, but it's pretty hard to snake a spell in, especially if your team only has 1 or 2 casters (which is normal). Seems like the best anti-caster item in the game.

... shortest cd is about 3 seconds. lots of imba spells with 10 sec cd.

It'll save you in a 1v1, but it won't do much at all in a team battle. The key is to use a less potent spell to break the shield first.

Have ashe volley or use your spammable Q ability first. I actually think it needs a buff because it is so easily mitigated.

Banshee's Veil is awkward because it completely counters some characters, like Evelynn (it blocks her stun when she initiates, from what I can tell), and has virtually no impact on some characters, like the lich. It can feel 'broken' against some team builds, and not against others. Not sure what to say about that.

annie nuke is 4, wave is 8, with my -CD page is 3/6. I usually wander around with 3 or 4 pyro, never 5 because if someone has a veil i can disintegrate to break it, and then if i was at 4 i can ult to aoe stun, then wave and then disintigrate again. If i was at 3 id wave then ult then disintegrate, and hell, if i was at 2 id molten shield up first. So yeah, veil is exactly where it should be. It shouldnt be a clutch, but it also should provide moderate protection against predictable opponents (oh look ashe is gonna arrow me first instead of waiting for someone to break veil!!!!! doh!!).

Agree, many spells have so low CD, that 30 secs CD on spellblock is almost laughable during teamfights.
