Probably Ezreal.

Possibly the best ranged carry in the game, and probably the only 6300 ip champ basically everyone agrees is top tier

He's easy to pick up including the skillshots.

Anivia fo' sho.

Let's she what she can do:
1) Stun/slow
2) Nuke
3) AOE
4) Farm like a beast
5) Trap/keep out enemy champs with her wall
6) Has a passive that effectively doubles her life (provided she doesnt get ganked, in which case it doesnt matter)

Anivia can contribute is so many ways to any team composition, on offense and defence. You just gotta manage her god awful movespeed and *****-like appetite for mana.

Birdie rocks. =) I have more than made up for her cost in game winnings.
