So there are certain characters in this game that many people declare should receive some sort of buff. This thread combines that idea with trolling.

Example:
Teemo needs a buff. We should just switch his e and his q around, so his attacks have a passive blind, but you can activate q to deal poison damage. problem solved

Kog'Maw's ultimate has been revamped. He now turns into Baron Nashor.

evelynn sucks change her passive to stun everytime she attacks and the slow will be good

Xin Zhao's Q now lasts a set duration without any hit limit.

Buffing Olaf, oh wait

Heimerdinger now can place unlimited turrets

Kassadin: Each subsequent Riftwalk in the next 8 seconds will cost 10 less mana and deal additional damage. The cool down is also reduced by 10% per stack and can stack up to 10 times.

Master Yi: Meditate is no longer channeled, but an 8 second buff+heal over time.

Fiora's ult keeps going until she hits the same champion twice then cancels upon the second hit.
