Actually, i feel as if Udyr actually counter picks Yoric past lvl 4.. When you have 2 ranks in turtle stance, 1 in tiger ,and 1 in bear you can go ape **** on him. Just remember when Yoric throws a ghoul at you switch to turtle for a minute, and then go on Yoric, with all his CDs down including Omen of pestilence you can get your Tiger active off and a couple AA.

I watched grassy top udyr vs an ashe, he perma camped turtle and his jungle couldnt gank, due to him being a stone wall sitting there and taking no damage. Although it was before the dodge removal and turtle nerfs https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4GIf9gKAhb0&hd=1

every champion with a range ability or harass. The only one udyr can actually counter are champions who he can walk up to and slap in the face which is hardly any.
