Just look how she's been nerfed. Every of her skill except of starcall(which is the worst skill of her) has been nerfed.
Already most expensive mana cost heal astral blessing received a nerf to cost even more mana. Cooldown nerfed, base heal amount also nerfed.
Then her ultimate.. The cooldown from 60seconds has been nerfed to 100 seconds, the ap rate from 2.0 to 1.3, the base heal amount by about 20%.
Infuse has been nerfed as well.. Want to lane with ashe, cast infuse on her and she gets whopping 25 mana to her.
And all soraka does is supports. No damage, no survivability, and early game she always used to suck, she was godlike end game where she could heal for more than half HP for squishies. But with healing reduction it was solved.
Now that she is terribly hurt by ignites you just cant do anything. It's better to take nidalee for heals or even janna if you have AD, than taking Soraka, she is totally overnerfed now.

agreed, our beloved soraka has followed the path of fiddle, jax, and to some extent twitch and tf.

Jax is fine and better than he ever was before his passive buff

....what? Dude, Jax is easily way way way worse then he used to be. Out of all the melee carries, Jax is actually the last one I want too see, even less then Tryndamere. Mostly cause all the Tryns I usually meet are hardcore fans of him, and play him really well.
