Xeraths ult is bugged taking longer to activated when used are you currently looking into this issue does have something to do with the patch? His ult takes atleast a second longer for the damage to go through.

They actually said they did that as a cosmetic change for his ult. They didn't realize he would get so hard by it, so they are going to buff him in other areas to make up for it.
