Please don't buff any more underused champions like you've "buffed" Xerath. 2 second cast time now for his ult with the addition of a piddly ratio increase and magic pen. I guess Eve is getting lonely?

Buffs % magic pen and ratio on his single target nuke while leaving ult broken and useless, no changes to range/cd whatsoever that would have fit their aim better
