That would be pretty stupid, because if that was the case people from europe should be blocked from na servers, which is also not the case.

And judging from my speculation on SEA LOL forums and the current forums.

Only one person from SEA is currently blocked.

ryuicHi mAtzO2 is his name, he made two topics about being blocked, nothing to do with SEA ip addresses by the looks of it.

But no, it's only you who can't play LoL on NA servers.

no...its not only me...my friends our also blocked..

i didnt offended anybody...hehehehe..
