30 minutes for dodging a ranked solo queue because some jerk was intent on jungling Olaf even though it was already decided I was going to jungle WW... And I was first pick... That is just totally unfair.

Ok, if they reduce the dodge timer, then you get to lose ELO again if you dodge.

I think a 30 mins ban for first time dodge is too harsh.

I dont agree with the OP and his reasoning... but really, there are some people out there that you are unfortunately matched up with which are just there to grieve their allies. These are the moments where dodging should not be frowned upon.

1st Dodge ban time: 15 mins
2nd dodge ban time: 30 - 40 mins

Plus, I dont think this 30 min ban time has dealt with the situation. To me, it seems like the easy way out. Who's stopping people from making a smurf account for the time they are banned in their main account after a dodge?
