maybe a vote system so that obvious troll with a record of people dodging or reports can get voted out of a ranked queue if 3 people dont like his looks, just put the troll on a timer, but only if they have really bad reputation maybe

You shouldn't ever feel the need to dodge on a normal game. You don't lose anything in normal games when you lose, so the feeling of "I NEED to win" shouldn't be there. You get bonuses for winning, and you lose nothing when you lose.

A champ suitable for mid, which in this current meta usually means an AP caster.
