The way they look? Most pieces of advanced technology in the game seem to be hextech, so why would spider queen have non-biological legs (likely also hextech) that resemble biological ones?

1 word. Judgement.

Garen spun so hard it made Urgot end up in little pieces, which were then brought back and now he has a *****'n pair of legs, that look even better when you hit Ghost. Little blue flame ftw. Vtec just kicked in yo.

I duuno but there legs do look close It still is plausible that they added machine parts so they could make the legs attach to Urgot....

Maybe he was killed by the arrow, reanimated, then chopped in half by Garen. They should definitely make him able to summon his lower half with a mechanical upper body, basically have it be similar to an AT-ST, his legs on the bottom and a giant turret on the top.
