I don't mind having it at the date. But if Loqa can get teams really quick to sign up then we have to do it earlier. And I dont care about the halloween theme :P

I have a paintball tournament in Florida that weekend but I could do it the week before or preferably after.

btw we should do 8 teams instead. 16 is pushing it but idk i think its to much but if you can actually get 16 teams i dont mind. But 8 is a good number.

Ok guys how do you all feel about a $30 Reg fee per team that will pay for the prizes and expenses.

That sounds reasonable. Be sure to make like a $5-$10 spectator fee too to cover the rest of the fees.
