I am from the Philippines who joined the LOL comic art contest. I just want to inquire if I'm qualified in joining in what I perceived to be solely for North American contestants only.I've been playing LOL for five years now here in Manila and a great fan of this world famous online game. Do you think I am qualified to win if my work is chosen despite outside of North America? Thank you and I hope to win this prestigious contest.

So do they announce it today?? I don't see any official info on when the winners are announced and i cant wait!!

They said that they will announce the winners this week, but with all the regionals thing i dont think they will.
