Can't sign up on PBE

I've been going to pbe.leagueoflegends.com and everytime i try to sign up it redirects me to a post that's like "we're making it 1st 2nd 3rd of each month for sign ups." it's the 3rd, why can't i sign up?

same problem here, I even tried the link from frequently asked questions to be sure, took me to the sign-ups for the pbe thread

Good. Go back to reg and learn to play a bit better. When you get to level 30 try again, and maybe you'll have better luck.

I hit the "click to sigh up" thing and 2 second later i changes in to "loading" than changes back.

I feel like I gotta repeat each fkn time. PBE sign ups are post poned since October 2nd due to a massive amount of sign ups on October 1st. They were supposed to be opened on January but after several reviews, they will be kept post poned until the server expands or the amount of testers decrease(Since the login queues are too heavy)

You can browse the PINNED topic in this PBE section and you should be able to grant enough informations to answer your questions yourself.

I believe they made a statement about disabling sign ups for 2 or 3 months.
