Give Xerath's ult an ammo system

As an Ahri player, this got me thinking about how Spirit Rush would be if you received one stack every ~30 seconds.

I think it would be a huge improvement.

Actually this is one of the best suggestions I have heard to balance Xerath. It makes a lot of sense and gets rid of his "burst then worthlessness" phase.

Coming from a jungler.
This would make Ahri completely ungankable.
And as a jungler, I dislike lanes I can't gank.

No that would be way too powerful, having a nuke on an ammo system is one thing, having a portable flash that can be used in any direction is quite another.

Great idea, I think it would help Xerath a lot. He was designed as a "siege" mage.
But the sad part is that he can't really use his ult for harass. If he used it at sieging tower for example, enemies will initiate fight right after it, since Xerath w/o ult doesn't do anything.
