In what sense is darius an improvement over anything? His kit is very bland and generic. The only interesting ability he has is his pull. His ult is fairly unique but is an absolutely awful design concept, so it doesn't really count.

It is not what he does have, but instead what he *doesn't* have.
As in, he absolutely lacks natural durability, sustain, and mobility. He's pretty much the only top lane bruiser that they didn't give everything, which I find to be much better than pieces of **** like Rengar.

Is he perfect?
No.
Is he frustrating?
Yes.
Is his ult bad?
Refreshing on kills was not a good idea.
Is he better than most melee AD champions?
Without a doubt.

I feel like it would make him stupidly strong in lane. He's balanced around the fact that his harass in lane is dodgeable. However if ult was on an ammo system a stun is more or less guaranteed with a follow-up q...

well what about making the ammo just regen very slowly (like 30 seconds) so you would still be able to use his 3 ult combo after 90 seconds or so but you can space out the ults every 30 sec if you so choose/you need to
