Lots of misconceptions in this thread.
1) The Tribunal sweeps random recent games in a player's match history so it doesn't bias against the player. If we wanted to show the OP's worst games, you would see some obvious punishable content which is why our staff approved the ban.
2) Everyone--I mean everyone--can find someone in the world who behaves worse than they do; however, does that actually justify your behavior? If you call someone a n*gger once, but you find another player who does it twice, does that mean you're OK? No, you are both unwelcome in League.
3) OP has been punished 4 times in 2 months--that's an absurd high rate and shows that he is unwilling to change. In fact, I just looked at his latest games that aren't in the Tribunal and he knows he calls people scrubs, idiots, r*tards, sh*t kids, baddies, nubs, f*kn useless kids, jackarses, and more. He's also the kind of player that consistently tells players they are "muted" or "reported," just adding fuel to the fire.
4) In the 2 months that OP has been punished 4 times, OP has been reported in about 25% of his games and has been reported 109 times in the past 2 months alone. He gets reported every single day he plays League. This is so many times above the population averages that it's a red flag.
If the OP didn't engage in any of the toxic language above, we probably would have unbanned him. However, he was punished by the community from this Reform Card and when we reviewed his case we saw all the other terrible stuff so we approved the ban.
