Through out the lore their been names brought up here and their, who some eventually became champs. So here same maybe future champs we might see.

1. Missing Piltovian Boy
The Piltover Patrol found a young inventor from Piltover who was previously reported missing for the last three months. Piltover officials mobilized all available rescue teams to recover the well-known 14-year-old prodigy of techmaturgy. He was discovered afflicted with a withering disease and close to death in the northern jungles of Kumungu. The rescue team quickly transported the boy back to the city-state, and he was quarantined to prevent spreading the disease. The medical staff raced to save his life, though a source within the Patrol described the boy's status as worrisome. The source explained that the strange disease was ravaging the boy's body, and even with the advanced state of Piltover's medical care, the disease was spreading too quickly for his young body to cope with. His name was withheld because he was a minor.

2. Ayelia

Alistar's once noble soul slowly became twisted, and he would have been driven to insanity if not for Ayelia, a young servant girl who befriended him and eventually arranged for his escape. Suddenly free, Alistar joined the newly formed League of Legends to fight as a champion, hoping to one day exact his final vengeance upon Noxus and find the girl who had renewed his hope.

3.Keiran Darkwill

After defeating challenger Keiran Darkwill, Jericho Swain assumed the position of Grand General of Noxus. He was able to overcome the odds of the duel with his cunning and quick wits. With the support of his allies, namely Darius, he seized the highest position in Noxus.

Keiran Darkwill, the late Grand General's youngest son, remains one of the more ruthless aspirants in this dispute. He has successfully thwarted several assassination attempts, struck down his challengers, and rallied significant support behind his name. Only Darius, one of Noxus's most respected and feared Generals, has earned as much of a following within High Command as Keiran Darkwill. Many predicted the two would inevitably clash and that the victor would rise to the throne.

(Darius did be-headed him, but maybe return as a headless warrior champ out for revenge for him and his family)

4. Lissandra

One of the rulers of the three tribes that controlled the region - Princess Mauvole, the Ice Dervish – was found dead in her quarters in the city of Rakelstake. The elders of her tribe determined the cause of death to be natural, which cleared the way for the new Princess, Lissandra, to claim her throne and the title of Ice Dervish. In Princess Lissandra’s first act after her coronation, she stunned her new subjects as she swore fealty to another of the three Princesses of Freljord:

Ayelia was planned to have something in the lore as stated by BabaGahnoosh, but that was then and this is now....
I doubt Rath will do anything important.

Don't forget the possibility of Wukong's apprentice! He's supposed to pass down Wuju style to someone else =D

Don't forget Kassadin's daughter and Irelia's brother (Zelos, as someone mentioned).
Then there's the original ruler of the Black Rose (the woman that preceeded LeBlanc has been missing for a while, yet we don't know if she's dead or alive).
There's also Corin Reveck, the man that created Orianna (and possibly other robots).
